We’re always looking for new volunteers to join our team!
As a volunteer, you’ll get free accommodation, breakfast, and dinner, plus a discount on surf equipment rentals at the local surf schools. You’ll work 4.5 hours a day, 6 days a week—that’s 27 hours per week—with three different shift options:
